ALL ORDERS

All prices are postpaid, and listed in USA dollars. Details related to the various subscription options and book or CD costs can be found by clicking the appropriate link below. All hardcopy back issues from 1992 through 1997 are available as photocopied reprints only. Some hardcopy back issues from 1998 through 2006 may also only be available as photocopied reprints. (As of May 16, 2007, the only issue from 1998-2006 that is only available as a photocopied reprint is the Summer Solstice 1999 issue; however, as our backstock is depleted, any order for any other issue may be fulfilled with a photocopied reprint.) The Spring/Summer 2000 issue is a double-length issue, which is why it costs twice as much.

FOREIGN ORDERS

Payment in USA cash for foreign orders is prefered. International money orders are also accepted. Or, foreign orders can be placed in your own countries currency (cash), converted from the current exchange rate for US dollars. See details by clicking the FOREIGN order form below.
